Be fit

And now a little fitnes motivation. 

Everybody wants to be fit and eat all kinds of food. It is not possible if you eat too much.
Try to eat enough but not too much. Eat 5 small meals a day. Your breakfast eat by yourself, lunch share with your friend and dinner give to your enemy. Between those meals you should take some fruit. Apples are great for abs. Eat apple before every exercise.

Very important is to drink a lot of water. It helps your body. Drink one glass of water before every meal and don't drink juices. 
They are full of sugar and nothing good isn't in them.

Yesterday you said tomorrow - should be your fitness motivation. Motivation to practice. Do 3x7minutes in the morning. It will help you betteter whole day.

So start working on your summer body now. Don't wait last minute.
